Enjoy the pleasant surroundings of a custom maple kitchen, featuring; new modern appliances, pull-out trays in base cabinets, pantry cabinet, and all the cookware or tableware you may need to prepare everything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal.

C-404 Computer Work Station

Even when you don't really want to,  sometimes it is necessary to stay in touch with the office or outside world. Just plug your laptop (or rent one locally) into the fax/printer, 17' monitor, keyboard and mouse provided, and you will be ready to go. But be warned. With the ocean as your view, working may be a bit distracting. If all you need is access to a fax machine, the fax/printer will do just fine. No computer connection is required. A separate fax number (distinctive ringing) is provided to maintain your privacy while still permitting fax communication at your convenience. (NOTE: A calling card is required when making long-distance calls.)

A great spot to take in morning coffee, a quick snack or discuss the days events. The unobstructed view of the Atlantic makes kitchen chores a bit more tolerable.

The laundry area, just off the kitchen, features a Maytag Washer/Dryer.
